Frequently Asked Questions

Q Do you charge for the property walk and quote?

A
No. The walk and the written quote are free. We need to see the land before we can give you an honest number, and you should not have to pay to find out what a job costs. If you decide to move forward, the quote is what you pay. If you do not, we shake hands and go our separate ways.

Q How fast can you get out for an inspection?

A

Most properties we can be on within a week, often sooner. Storm damage, livestock containment issues, and other urgent work get prioritized. Call us with what you are dealing with and we will tell you straight when we can be there.

Q What if the job ends up needing more work than the original quote?

A
We tell you before we do it. If we open up a job and find something the walk did not reveal, we stop, show you what we found, and give you a revised number to approve. No surprise charges on the back end. The number you approved is the number you pay unless you agree to something different in writing.

Q Do you stand behind the work after the job is done?

A
Yes. If something we built or installed fails because of how we built or installed it, we make it right. Fence posts that lean from how they were set, gates that swing wrong from how they were hung, grading that washes from how it was sloped. That is on us and we fix it. Normal wear, weather damage, and unrelated issues are different conversations, but we will always come out and look at it.
